Request data deletion

You can stop Fivefold's access and request removal of the information stored in the workspace.

1. Stop future access

In Facebook's settings, find Business Integrations, select Fivefold and remove it. Menu labels can vary. If you administer the Fivefold workspace, also open Connections and choose Disconnect locally for the relevant account.

Disconnecting locally removes that connection's saved token and cached reporting metrics. It does not delete remaining account metadata, historical proposals or audit records. Removing Fivefold does not delete the ad account or campaigns held by Meta.

2. Request full removal from Fivefold

Email cripto_calamar7n@icloud.com with the subject Fivefold data deletion request.

• Identify the ad account or workspace connection concerned, using its account ID or label if available.
• Explain your relationship to that account and what information you want removed.
• Provide an address where we can reply. Do not include a Facebook password, access token or app secret.

Evandro Cabral will verify the request as necessary and remove the relevant information from Fivefold's active storage, including remaining account details, cached reports, credentials and related history where applicable. If we must retain specific information under an applicable legal obligation, we will explain the reason and relevant retention period. We respond without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines and will confirm the outcome by email.

Copies held elsewhere

Deleting information from Fivefold does not automatically delete records held by Meta, reports already exported, or conversations and tool results already sent to an AI service. These copies must also be addressed with their respective account owners or providers. Let us know if your request concerns copies under our control outside the workspace.
